Deoxynivalenol (DON) Degrading Nanozyme is a breakthrough product developed by Zhongyuan Nanozyme Laboratory for deoxynivalenol (DON), one of the most difficult mycotoxins to handle in the feed industry. Addressing the industry pain points that traditional adsorbents have less than 30% degradation rate for water-soluble DON and biological enzyme preparations are not resistant to high temperature and inactivate in the gastrointestinal tract, this product is synthesized from natural minerals and breaks the toxic groups of DON through specific catalytic action, achieving true degradation rather than physical adsorption.

The product maintains stable activity at feed pelleting temperatures (80-120℃) and gastrointestinal acid-base environments (pH2-8). It degrades 69.3±1.71% of DON in 4 hours and up to 93.7±10.2% in 24 hours, while retaining over 90% of nutrients such as vitamins in feed without cross-interference. With a dosage of only 0.5kg per ton of feed, the cost is controlled within the industry-accepted range.
